Bought new, only used 3 times. Everything works well, easy to set up at camp, great design. We are first-time travel trailer owners, and my husband at 6'2" needs a little more leg room for sleeping in queen bed, but just fit in bunks. Winterized at the dealership, and protected from the elements over the winter with a cover. Cover fits perfectly and included in the price. 

Kitchen area bumps out to give plenty of space. Queen bed converts to table and seating that comfortably fits 4 people. Gas grill, sink, prep area with speakers and TV mount in seperate back compartment makes for nice outdoor entertainment.
