2002 MONACO Centurion 40 FT. SIGNATURE SERIES 40 Centurion TAG AXLE, 500 HP Cummins ISM 500. new tires, , new batteries. Beautiful inside and outside WELL MAINTAINED. 3 air conditioners, washer/dryer, electric shades, electric blinds, power awning, Onan 12500 watt generator, LED 50 in flat screen drop down TVs, cooktop, microwave with stove, Auto Air leveling, backup monitor, Bose sound system, rope lighting all around, mirrored ceilings, Aqua hot, CB radio, Exhaust brake, 150 gallon fuel tank,100 gal.fresh water, 63 gal.grey, 45 gal.black, 39 gal.LPG, touch code entry, locking safe.
She hides her age well since she has been garage kept.
I hand wash her sometimes twice on the trip and always before putting her away. I buff the rims annually and wax her every year. The coachs engine, generator and Aqua Hot have been serviced Annually.
In 2019  all new  new tires was purchased. I dont monkey with tires (change them).
At 65000 miles I serviced the transmission, power steering and cooling fans with new filters and fluid.
Then I saw the new LED lighting for the awning and had to have it. 
In 2016 some big updates - I changed out the traditional RV frig for a new Samsung house fridge  It was also time for a front-end alignment and wheel bearing check. 
I have just had all new breakes and rotors, drums installed.1600$ It also has a new updated serviceable draglink 1500$ and all new tie-rod ends and 10 brand new Koni shocks 2500$ ( I went with the best Blistine has shocks at half of what KONI'S cost but KONI'S have a way better ride ) Also it has just had a 1000hr service done to the generator at cummins this is a 2000$ service. The front drivers window was fogging so I also just had that replaced. The aqua hot and suspention was also just serviced. The interior was just updated to all new LED lighting.

In the NADA Guide below it does not include that this coach has a 12.5 killowatt generator or that the residental refridgerator has been instaled or that it has a Aqua Hot system.

I am sharing  all of this so you can be confident that with updates and regular services she is ROAD READY and has never been neglected.
Everything workes in this coach.

Note This coach has had the headlight LED Upgrade with Halos Night driving is so much better. I have the old pic and then the new pic posted.
