Calif. Motorhome, now registered in Okla. 1997 Fleetwood Bounder 36S. RV has always been in a mild climate and Non-smoking environment. Recently relocated to Okla from CA, and since it's just me, I'm now looking for something much smaller. Tuned up and safety checked prior to this trip. 40k miles. No leaks. Run Great! Lots of upgrades: New Flooring, New Convection/Microwave, New Refridgerator, New Toilet, New Hot Water Heater, New Batteries, New Bed, New Tvs! Washer/Dryer Combo. Queen size walk around bed, with new mattress and bew bedding. Tons of storage! 14 ft. slideout. Sleeps 6 or more. Tires have about 3k miles on them. Fleetwood is top notch in motorhome manufacturing, and 1997 was a very good year! The generator needs a starter and this is accounted for in the price. Never boondocked, so this wasn’t a problem for me. 2nd owner of 5.5 years. Have always kept this rig clean and well maintained. Clean Title.
