Brand New !  Never used (with WASHER & DRYER) I bought it from the dealer pulled it home and parked it on the side of the house, covered it with a new RV COVER and it's been there ever since  (still has the factory pre-treatment in the water system) I originally bought it for me and the wife to start traveling after retiring this year but do to personal issues that is not going to happen.

This unit has the full rear pull down patio. This really opens the trailer up adding Sq Ft. and sunlight plus upgraded 15k BTU A/C, auto Fridge (elec & propane), Convection oven microwave, electric jack. Heated and enclosed under belly, See attached options list for $7248.00 in upgrades on this unit. Plus I added a separate WASHER AND DRYER not a junk combo unit so no trips to the dirty public laundry room. 

I also purchased: electric surge protectors, water pressure regulator,  Black tank hose, Weight distribution hitch with two extra anti sway bars and more extras.  All brand new and never used.
