Walk-through bath. Sliding doors between both bed/bath rooms and bath/living rooms makes convenient changing areas.  Separate toilet area allows it to be used while bathroom sink remains free. (Very helpful in mornings).  Fantastic fans in all 3 roof vents. Living room fan has remote. Can be used all 4 seasons if desired, with double-paned windows and extra basement heater in fresh water tank area. Custom cabinets in bedroom and kitchen areas.  Quick-disconnect TV mounts to prevent TV theft while stored. 
R4R chassis. Upgraded rear suspension trailing arms. New rear rock guard. Stain-free carpet. RV is fully useable with both slide-outs in while on-the-go.  Never full-timed

Extras included: All manuals. Tire and mirror covers. Custom homemade front window sunshade. Unused spare tire. Matching mattress covers, blankets & pillow covers for all 4 beds. Spare parts for Maxxair window vents (no longer made).  Extra hinges for overhead cabinet doors

THE GOOD: New A/Cs and roof in 2016 thanks to mother nature.  No leaks. Front A/C now has heat pump.  6 new tires in 2016.  New alternator in 2019.  Beds are real mattresses (like new condition), not just foam slabs

THE BAD: Top portion of 3-segment window next to driver has condensation between the panes.  12v power outlets in dash don’t work (can’t find fuse).  Small lights under front TV don’t work (probably the same fuse), door awning pull-strap broken (requires rivets to be drilled out). Plastic windshield washer nozzles cracked…they spray entire window at highway speeds, but only spray a narrow arc on each window when RV not moving
It’s an older RV, so a credit union or cash are only ways to buy

THE UGLY: Slight rash on both rear corners from trailer rubs during a parking lot fiasco. Hail dimples on roof, front and right side.priced accordingly
