We purchased it in 2017 and in that time it has taken us all across the country from Washington DC, through the mountains of Colorado, to the shores of California. It is comfortable, clean, has a ridiculous amount of storage for such a small vehicle, and allows you to feel at home no matter where you are. All systems are working except for you have to manually lower the back feet if you want to take it off but that never bothered us enough to want to fix it. We have truly loved our time in it and are only selling because we have managed to cross off most of our travel bucket list and thought it would be better to pass it on than let it sit in storage for the next few years.

It is a year 2000 Citation Truck Camper, manufactured in Canada.
Fits on a long bed truck, 8ft
Holds 27 gallons of water, has system for both black and grey water

3 gallon fridge and freezer
3 burner stove and small oven that runs on propane
It has heating for cold nights and a fan above the bed for hot days
Holds a queen sized bed
Kitchen table folds down to create another single bed
Space above the oven can fit a microwave
TONS of storage space
2 solar panels on the roof that connect to the batteries
2 big batteries, we could easily go 1-2 weeks without hooking up
Except for some water damage on the roof and left side, it's perfectly clean and functional. Water has never penetrated the inside, no mold or damage. 
Whole thing fits into a standard parking space so you can drive it easily in suburban areas.


Also happy to negotiate if you are interested in purchasing the truck along with the camper.  Looking for $11,500 for both the truck and camper.

Truck is a 2005 Ford F-350 XL Super Duty. It’s a single cab with basic features. Runs on gas. Virtually no rust on the outside body. Only 60,000 miles! (the original owner was a business that only used it occasionally)
Tires, battery and spark plugs were all replaced 3 years ago
Breaks are good for now but will need to be replaced in the next 1-3 years
It does need a new muffler, it runs really loud right now, but that's really the only thing.
