Nearly 43ft, triple slide, triple axle with 12ft garage. Has 6 recliners! Island Kitchen with dual sinks and spray head faucet. Has 1-1/2 baths, dual A/C with 15K ducted in main cabin and 13.5K ducted in bedroom. Garage has electric bed and dual couch sleeper below. Guests or kids have their own bed, couch, and ½ bath. Holds 106 gallons of fresh water, we have never run out even boon docking for 10 days. Onan 5500 properly maintained with only genuine Onan filters, runs perfect Gas/electric water heater and fridge. Has rear ramp patio with bug screen wall and electric rear awning. Has 16ft electric main awning. Has 50 inch TV in main cabin and 28 inch TV that can be moved from bedroom to garage to outside. 30 gallon fuel station. Porcelain toilets. Huge storage and full wall closets in Master bedroom. Kept in its own building on my property. We are buying Diesel pusher so selling. Needs nothing! Still owed a little on it so paid off and waiting on lien release from bank.

Reese Goosebox hitch, this is the only gooseneck hitch for 5th wheels that Lippert supports and will not void warranty on frame or towing components. You must have a gooseneck hitch in your truck, 5th wheel hitch will not work. It provides the smoothest tow period, no jerking back and forth. 
Has true automatic propane change over valve with dual 30lb tanks. It switches tanks with no lapse in gas supply and has visual indicator to let you know it switched to the other tank.
All tank vents are upgraded siphon so never unpleasant smells, only use Happy Camper black and grey tank treatment and they are clean.
Indoor and outdoor showers both have Oxygenics shower heads. Optima Blue Top deep cycle battery.
If you can find a better toy hauler at this price, you should buy it immediately Asking 36,500, I’ll work with you a little on price but not going to get silly. NADA says 44K average retail and 37K low retail. If no reasonable offers, will trade to lot where we are buying Class A, they have agreed to take on trade but for less.
