Our coach has been an important part of our lives for 12 years but our lives have changed. It has been carefully and lovingly, cleaned, maintained and repaired throughout our ownership. Tough decision to sell. The obvious feature is the cleanliness inside and out. The Ralph Lauren Polo Club interior design blends handsomely with the gorgeous solid cherry wood cabinetry, reflected beautifully by the many bevel cut mirrors. Windows are all tinted in bronze-copper for privacy and uv protection. The carpets are clean and stain free in the living room leading to the perfect stone tile floors of the kitchen, shower and bathroom areas. Stepping onto the warm tile floor on a chilly morning to get the coffee perking starts my day right. Heated by the Aqua Hot system just serviced in May 2020, you will have endless hot water for showers, sinks, washer/dryer, etc.  We installed a queen sized pillow top mattress with built in box spring for quality sleep. Under the bed is a large storage area in addition to the double mirror doors on the rear closet, added Cherry wood blanket chest at the foot of the bed and lots of drawers and cupboards. The shower was squeegeed after every use so the glass and walls sparkle. As a veteran of trucking safety, the handling and maneuverability are paramount. The coach is aligned, we run Michelin tires (90%) with Centramatic wheel balance's so going down the road you are in control. Smooth quiet and comfortable. I added an adjustment knob and gauge for the tag axle to the dash for added stability and convenience when towing. The Banks Power Pack system and Pittsburgh Power muffler add torque for pulling up and over the Rockies. These two additions also add better fuel economy and efficiency. With the wide stance of the Road master ten airbag semi monococque chassis this coach runs and handles very well, truly a joy to step behind the wheel.  Outside, the body is washed and waxed regularly, winter storage inside. Basement has two pass through bays with slide trays. Onan Quiet Diesel 7.5KW generator was removed and rebuilt in 2018.
