We have had the camper a little over a year and have only taken it on 4 trips. Under 2,000 miles total. Price includes not only the camper but the hitch, sway bar, weight distribution bars, fresh water hose and two waste water hoses, camper cover and wheel covers, two sets of chocks, pack of yellow leveling squares, extra jack, electric cord and three different adapters, tv mounted inside trailer and several other extras. It is in great condition.
