We are selling this RV AND including a car dolly and tow bar for this price!


We are further expanding our family and need a larger coach. We are the second owner of this coach. Currently has 46,000 miles. Generator has barely over 300 hours and works great. 50 AMP. We bought this 3 years ago and have loved every minute of being in it. Tires replaced 3 years ago. It is 37ft with 2 slides (one on each side), and 2 working awnings. We do not have pets and it is smoke free. Great condition and well kept.


Cherry cabinets, double kitchen sink, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, stove, DVD player, 3 TVs throughout, living room couch replaced a year ago and has a pull out full bed, recliner with stool, one separate bedroom with KING bed (mattress NOT included) and lots of closet space/drawers, black water flush system, shower with seat, medicine cabinet, newly replaced toilet, skylight,carpet in living/dining/ and bedroom and linoleum in bathroom and entryway/kitchen, control center, table with 4 chairs available, washer/dryer hookup, tinted windows, automatic windshield shades, backup monitor, automatic leveling jacks, automatic steps, screen door, exterior shower, porch light, propane tank, roof access ladder, vent covers, CO2 detector, newly replaced hydraulic lines, 2 emergency exits.


We have a car dolly and tow bar that we will no longer need that are available. Tire and coach exterior covering is available as well.


Cosmetic Issues:

• Carpet. When we purchased this coach the carpet needed a thorough cleaning. I have included the carpet pictures as we want to be an open book on the expectations. We do keep a 5x7 rug in the living room area to cover it and a runner in the dining area. However, the carpet in the bedroom is still in great condition.


• Living room TV: There is a coloring setting that is off; we have not taken the time to resolve this as we do not do screen time. There is a manual and when we bought this it was not an issue.


• Slide out bottom interior corner is chipped as shown in the picture.


• Scratches on the cabinet as you enter due to the baby gate that is currently up (we placed the baby get there, so it can be removed).


• Cracks on the main entry door; however, this poses no issue on the functionality whatsoever.
