Amazing motorhome that I've lived in on-and-off for nearly four years! My focus has been on outfitting the interior and exterior with the peace & love vibes that you see in the pictures, while maintaining the engine, exterior, and interior with immaculate care.

NADA value is $48,295 (not including the $5,800, only 18-month old solar system including six 100w panels and unlimited capacity even with many cloudy days!) Total value $54,095. The price is listed so low because I'm stranded on lock-down in South America and my friend is helping me sell it and I want to so quickly. I've priced it very low to sell quickly and to take into account small, inexpensive things like a burned out light bulb, etc. Personal accessories (rugs, wall hangings, etc) are not included but some are for sale. 

All functions of the motorhome, including 3 slide outs and all appliances work perfectly. The engine runs very clean and strong. Immaculate shape. The large propane tank has been equipped with a valve to screw in-and-out additional grill-sized tanks for extended stays. This allows unlimited time parked at a location. The water system runs perfectly (indoor and outdoor shower, two sinks and toilet) and features a large 43-gallon tank and great water heater.

This motorhome has my heart and the heart of all my family and friends that have shared in its spirit. I thought it would be perfect for a time like this in my life but I'm now living internationally as the quarantine has held me away from my home in Fort Collins and I must now make alternate life plans.

As you can see, I've very much enjoyed removing the traditional "Coachmen" and "Concord" decals on the outside and replaced them with beautifully artistic, exterior decals. This feels much more fun and special to me, and everyone loves them! I get so many excited compliments on the road and at gas stations and camp sites. The decals can easily be removed (by you, not by my friend that is selling it) if you want new decals. They are very inexpensive on Amazon and incredible durable as they are currently in their 3rd full season and looking great.
