2005 National Tropical 37 ½ feet long, Cat Turbo 350, Allison 6 speed, Freightliner chasis, 103k miles. 3 slides, large pass-through basement storage, 2 ACs, 2 furnaces, large Dometic refrigerator/freezer, large shower, plumbed for washer-dryer. 

MH has a sink and medicine cabinet in the shower area and a 2nd sink and medicine cabinet in the separate toilet room--two sinks and mirrors is surprisingly convenient. Roof is in excellent condition—no leaks or soft spots. Onan diesel generator. MH has been very well maintained, starts right up, drives and runs very well.  The living room/kitchen/dinette area has opposing slides that open up to a very large living area.

Motorhome was originally purchased and housed in Southern California. Was brought to Idaho in 2018—always housed under a roof when not in use. In Idaho it has been kept in a garage. 

2018 Upgrades/replacements: 

• Tires: Full set replaced and aligned
• Tire pressure and temperature monitoring system added
• Batteries: Replaced (house and chassis)
• Shocks (replaced original set)
• Steering Stabilizer added
• Roof satellite dish (G3) added, currently used for Directv, convertible to DISH           
• Antenna upgraded to digital compatible and works well

2019 Upgrades/replacements:

• Queen mattress replaced original (its a full-sized queen--60 x 80)
• New water heater (replaced original 10 gallon)
• Replaced dash air conditioning compressor--dash air works quite well
• Radiator system flushed, serpentine belt replaced
• New faucet fixtures in kitchen and lavatory
