My wife and I used this camper on less than 2 dozen trips (longest one being 4 days), it is in excellent condition and smoke free.  After each weekend trip it was meticulously cleaned and cared for.

Factory upgrade to 30,000 BTU heating – A/C unit.  Control panel allows for choice of gas or electric for hot water heater (includes really cool by-pass for winterizing), as well as gas or electric for refrigerator.  Gas, 3-burner stove top and 17 inch oven, as well as outdoor gas grill. Electric microwave.  Enclosed indoor shower, as well outside mini-shower.  Electric awning, electric slide out, and double axle, electric-braking aluminum wheels.  Two doors for additional safety, one to main living area and one to bathroom.  Aluminum frame and flooring, as well as heated and enclosed underbelly.  Entertainment system with TV, DVD, CD, cable hookup, and internal/external speakers. Also comes with transferrable extended service warranty contract through CornerStone United, good until May 13, 2021.
