This is a 2019 Northern Lite 10-2 EXCD wet bath camper. This will only fit an 8 foot truck bed. It does have dually brackets to fit on a dually truck or a single axle like ours in the photo. We had an extra 90 watt solar panel installed at the factory making for 180 watts of power. All of the standard features that Northern Lite loads on to their campers is on this one. It does have a box for and is wired for a generator. With the extra solar we always have had enough power; even while running the furnace on a winter night. We installed an Oxygenics shower head. We also installed an Froli sleep system under the memory foam mattress. This sleep system raises and supports the mattress so that air moves around the mattress. The memory foam mattress will not get hard in the cold or hot in the summer because air can effectively move around it. It does have a Fantastic Fan with rain sensor and remote control in the hallway. We have the factory hallway rug which we have not used. We used another runner rug instead. All the carpet is stain free. In the purchase we will include four Fastgun tie downs with locks and Torklift frame mount tie downs. We also have a set of Stable Loads for the lower springs of 2016 Ford Super Duty which we will include. At the factory it was weighed at 3240 pounds. We have added a custom sewer hose caddy which will hold your hose and an elbow. All seals are in great shape. We have the original MSO. No vehicle registration fees required for this type of camper. We are non-smoking. The AGM batteries are a year old and they will come with the camper.  It will hold two 20 pound propane tanks which we will include.  It does have a side awning and an awning off the back which also has LED lights in it.  ALL the lights are LED.  The basement has an amazing amount of storage and a slide out tray to hold things.
