2015 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS Bunk Model.  Immaculately maintained.  Purchased new from local dealer where also serviced.  Our family has had 5 great years with this motorhome and will will be sad to see it go.  But, college and other changes approach for our family.

Bought from dealer with full 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty, so no issues for you to deal with.  Buying used saves money, time and hassle of trips back and forth to the dealer for initial defect resolution when purchasing new.   Everything works - have already been out this spring and no issues.  Never missed a planned trip in 5+ years of use.  Nothing for you or anyone else to fix or repair.  Just over 16K miles on odometer.  

The Greyhawk is the best riding among Class C motorhomes.  We rented a lesser quality unit prior to purchasing and it was night and day when driving the Greyhawk.   The JRide suspension on the Greyhawk includes improved Bilstein shocks, isolation dampeners and heavier sway bar.  It's not a Diesel Pusher ride of course, but it's the best in class of the standard C units.  

The RV has plenty of power.  We've never towed with it, but carry 4 bikes, a family of 4 and full gear on trips to the Black Hills, Yellowstone, Canada and never any power issues.   Approximately 80 hrs on generator which has been serviced each season despite average useage.  

Cleaned inside and out after every trip of which we've averaged about 7 outings or 4-5 weeks of use each season.
Wheels and windshield always covered at home and campgrounds.  The Michelin M&S Tires look brand new and interior shows zero sun fade including the cab and dash since unit was either covered or stored indoors from October into April of each year. 
Includes dealer installed steel valve extenders for ease of checking / airing tires.

Motorhome comes with $600+ top of line Carver all weather cover - known for their quality boat covers.
Also included is a dealer installed Progressive Industries Surge Protector to prevent damage to onboard electrical system and applicances.
Functional hooks, baskets, spice rack, pp towel rack, tooth brush holder etc. are added for convenience on the road and at the campsite.
Regular washing and occassional handwax and you will see that it is in excellent condition inside and out.
