Rare find and well-built toy hauler. True to their high-quality brand, this Excel is made with the massive frame, real hickory wood cabinets (not cheap particle board), -10 degree insulation package, hydraulic slides (on the main level), heated home-run plumbing system, etc as their other fifth wheels. It is simply built much better than what you find on the market today, and its worth doing extra reading on forums about Excel - Peterson and the Wild Cargo specifically to see the great luck folks have with them. 

As shown in the pictures, this unit is a blank slate for RVers of a wide variety, as we began some interior updates. We used this unit for our military move from North Dakota to Maryland and lived full time in it for just a couple months. We upgraded lighting to LED throughout, and put in a really nice backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom. We also installed a brand new washer and dryer (LG brand apartment size, not the cheap RV size/style). These appliances can be removed if not desired by purchaser, and the beautiful two door cabinetry can be reinstalled in place. In the toy hauler section, we used the happy jack system to expand the bed to fit a king bed, and enjoyed being able to raise and lower the bed --this made it so we had an entire living space in the back (very high ceilings) during the day, and a bedroom at night. This happy jack system can still be used as bunk beds in the future if so desired. 
We also installed the Furion backup/lane change camera on the unit, improving the visibilty during tow. All six tires are also equipped with tire pressure monitoring. If interested we also have skirting for the unit, as we wintered in it and had great success (doing it all over again, we probably wouldnt even have needed the skirting being that the unit itself is very well insulated. 
This RV is a great all season unit for recreation or living. Main living space has a lot of room with slideouts on both sides - kitchen/dinette/living - which is why we bought this one in the first place. Its not a layout you find everywhere, and we honestly love this unit and are only selling to downsize our assets now that we are settled in a home.

We will also entertain selling our brand new 2019 Ford F350 XLT dually pickup truck that we purchased to pull the unit, if buyer is interested. Truck has 10k miles, and can sell at $54k with purchase of camper. Andersen hitch included in bundle.
