Well taken care of 2012 Heartland Trail Runner SLT 25BH that is easily 1/2 ton towable at a dry weight of approximately 4700lbs with a carrying capacity of 2200lbs( GVWR is 6900lbs) Interior is in very good shape and all appliances work well. Has AC, furnace(25,000btu), CD/DVD/,TV, shower, outdoor shower, 6 gallon hot water heater, 2 batteries, two 30 pound propane tanks, awning, outdoor radio, stabilizer jacks, pull out bike rack in the rear, attached spare tire, skylight, exhaust fan, and a stove with a hood.
