4. Has a VERY good Solar System.
5. TWO catalitic heaters added, plus regular "house system".
6. New tires and 2 brand new Deep Cycle batteries.

12. The major electrical appliances have been individually wired, in-order-to disconnect them from batteries; thus preventing a "ghost" or "phantom" discharge.
13. All systems work as designed. Some very simple cosmetic touchup is needed; EXAMPLE: moulding tape needs a bit of wood glue to restick onto counter top. NEXT: as a precaution, I would replace the hose on the waterpump, in-that, we have not replaced it in several years. This is merely a suggestion, as it functions just fine.
14. We would be willing to include additional equipment such as a 12 volt maserator and a 12volt external waterpump.
15. Overall, this is a VERY nice R.V., not perfect but VERY nice, and we are willing to disclose all known imperfections and make you aware of all preemptive issues that we are aware of.
