This unit has everything needed for a weekend trip or to full-time in.  The front bunkhouse has two sofas that fold out into full-size beds.  There is also a half-bath, fridge, and TV upfront, above the kingpin.  To top it off there are two storage closets and plenty of storage behind the TV.  In the kitchen, there is a residential fridge, propane stove, and kitchen island with sink.  The main slide has a U-shaped lounge couch that folds out into a queen bed with an air mattress.  The living room also has a huge TV, DVD player, and radio, along with blue tooth connection to listen to music.  This allows you to play music both inside and outside the coach.  The master suite has a queen bed, closet in slideout and storage overhead.  The master bath has a shower, with room for a washer and dryer if you want to put one in.  The rear of the unit has storage galore.  The back hatch folds up to reveal enough room to store a 13 ft kayak or 6 bicycles inside.  You can also keep all of your camping chairs, fishing gear, and other toys under there.  Last, outside it has a shower and awning.

You will be comfortable with two AC's in the unit, a propane furnace, and an electric fireplace to keep the fifth-wheel at just the right temperature.  The water heater can be either electric or propane or both.  This unit can operate using water pressure from the hydrant, or if you are away from a hose line, the water pump and 85-gallon tank can supply the coach with plenty of water.  And if needed, you can use the onboard pump to add water to the coach from a potable water tank.  The unit also has ample grey/black tank storage for longer trips.  The unit has plenty of propane storage with the ability to carry 60 lbs.  Last, the coach is able to camp in colder temperatures due to the heated underbelly with a cold air return.  This allows the underbelly to stay warm even when the temperatures are cold outside.  One of the many features that Open Range is known for!

Setting up the unit is a breeze with electric leveling jacks and auto-level.  The slides effortlessly move in and out at the toggle of a button.  The camper is quite stable once inside due to the JT Strong-Arm stabilizers.  The unit recently came back from its 2-year warranty inspection and is ready for your family to enjoy!
