Purchased 2 years ago from single owner who had only used twice (older lady who had difficulty with solo setup), used 5 times in last two years. Never spent a winter outside.
Sleeps 6 (4 adults comfortably) , can be put up by one person but easier with 2. Electric hookups and water tank. Air conditioner/heater combo that is perfect for cool mornings or hot evenings. Bigger tires are like new. 
Weighs less than 900 pounds, super easy pulling behind even a small SUV. Can be moved around easily by one person to situate on campsite. 
Selling because im looking for a bigger destination trailer for seasonal site. Currently in my garage,  will  set up in driveway for buyer to look at (with social distancing guidelines)
