No leaks, no rot or soft spots, no delamination, and no body damage. There is some clear coat peel on the roof caps and rear of coach. Coach has 81244 miles. Smoke free and no pets with new carpet recently. New front tires and rear are Toyos  in good shape. Coach is good to go coast to coast without reservation. Some minor things do need repair. Entry step, antenna worm drive, black tank mastesizer, slide awning stiching on one and part of one, and ice maker water line leak.
