Trailer is in good shape!  Some remodeling has been done.  Original cushions in the table area, in decent shape.  We planned to replace all cushions, but have not yet done so.  We have owned the trailer since last year.  Took a wonderful cross country road trip in it.  No issues towing.  New wheel jack on the front.  Needs stabilizers in the back.  We did not try using the sink or hooking to public water.  Also have not tried the gas stove.  Both systems were said to have worked by the previous owner.  The sink drain line will need unclogged or replaced from a visual inspection.  AC unit works.  No heater, we used a small electric heater or little buddy propane heater.

Trailer passed inspection in Fall of 2019.  We love the trailer, but are selling to add to a down payment for a house.
