We are selling our beautiful 2018 40 foot Keystone Avalanche 365MB. This is a great spacious camper, sleeps 7-8 people comfortably. This 5th wheel has 4 slide outs, automatic jacks, and levelers. 80 lbs of propane, duel axel. Storage across the front, and side to side under the master bedroom. The camper is wired for a generator, but we haven’t installed one. The interior is in excellent condition, we have only taken it out 5 times since we purchased it. It has an island style kitchen, full size refrigerator, and freezer, microwave, stove , and oven. There is a fold out sofa which I belis a king size, two reclining chairs with massage built in. It has an electric fire place with multi colored lighting. The middle section has a separate room with a door on each side for privacy, with a queen size loft above it. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with storage under the bed. Washer/dryer hook ups are in the closet of the master bedroom. The bathroom is spacious for a 5th wheel, the shower is larger than normal. We are selling because we inherited a motor home.
