1997 Fleetwood Prowler 5th with a living room pop out. We are the 2nd owner. 1st owner had bought it to live in while their house was built. The trailer sat on the side of the house and wasn't used for years after the house was built. As a result had the sun baked out the trim on the sides. It needs some trim installed at the top siding seam and bottom. Needs some help with the front left side siding area. Recently we hit some dirt and the back jack needs to be straightened out or replaced. We pulled out the cabinet we didn't use and put a chair where the stereo in the cabinet was. So the stereo is just out of the wall right now. We are the second owner and used it for the last 5 years and has been great. We had the couch re upholstered 4 years ago. Has a working outdoor shower, A/C, microwave, stove, cooktop and fridge. Included is the tripod stabilizer, 5th wheel attachment for the truck, 5th wheel lock, and also had the accessory hitch on the bumper for hauling small accessories. The awning is practically brand new I don't think the previous owner ever used it. 2 new batteries, 4 matching tires with lots of tread left bought about 4 years ago. Fridge works great on propane, but the pilot light will go out after it reaches temp and you have to relight. No problems at all on the electric for the fridge.
