1983 31' Excella . This trailer has rear twin beds and a center bath.The front sofa converts into a bed as well. With a dry wieght of 4900 lbs the trailer is light enough to be towed with most large SUV's or 1/2 ton pickup. The body is very straight with no obvious defects.It has an electric jack,new tires, new wiring harness, new propane tanks. There are awnings all alround. The interior has a lot of closets and cabinets and other storage compartments. It's remakably easy to tow and we have truly enjoyed it. This is a complete unmolested orginal. Keep in mind that it is 37 years old . Currently the AC ,Refrigerator are not working and need to be serviced or replaced. Additionally the shower pan is cracked should be replaced if you're going to use it.We never did .We feel we have priced it accordingly but don't be afraid to make us an offer.
