We have inspected the seals and touched them up several times a year
All moving parts have been lubricated several times a year

The outside has been washed and waxed 1-2 times a year

Issues:
There is a small tear in the flooring near the bathroom, an item got stuck under the slideout while extending.
Has basic wear and tear (some small scratches on the exterior as well as the interior)
