It sleeps four adults comfortably with a dinette that converts into a full bed and has two bunkbeds. Perfect for the family of four that is looking for their first camper.

It also has a bathroom with full shower, tub, and toilet. The kitchen has a microwave, a 2 burner gas stove, and a really nice fridge that will run off gas or electricity (include vehicle battery while traveling). The gas furnace is great for camping in the winter time as well. There is even a nice kitchen sink. There is also a small pantry area as well next to the stove.

There are windows, sun lights, and storage areas everyone. Tons of places to put things away both inside and outside the unit. The 8,000 BTU AC has always done a great job of keeping the camper cool. There is a very nice 10' awning to keep you cool on the outside that is a lot of fun.

The camper is very clean and in great shape. No known issues, and has always been an easy camper to use and maintain. Tires are in great shape as well. Only reason we are selling is, we are now a family of five and need a bigger camper.

You can tow it with almost any truck or SUV, and even some minivans. We towed it with our Honda Odyssey with no problem. The camper's base weight is 2,425 lbs.

Our family loved this camper, and it's perfect for most any small family of four or less. Most campers that can sleep four and have a full bathroom, etc. like this one are much larger and tend to cost more as well.

My understanding was there was only one owner of this camper before me and I think that shows in great condition that the camper is in today.

Lots of extras included in this one: There is folding foam mattress topper. There is also a 28 gallon RV waste holding tank on the back of the RV. There is a very nice Wheel Chock Lock for security. And more.
