This Fifth Wheel trailer is set up for off grid living with a powerful Solar System (April 2019) for all DC power and plugs for AC power as well. Includes 4X150 Watt Uni-Solar flexible Panels on the roof, totaling 600 watts of solar input, 4X220 amp hour Interstate batteries for a 440 amp hour battery bank @ 12 Volts, a new Boondocking converter, a 2500 watt Cobra inverter, and a Midnite Classic 250 solar charger. Also a 3500 Watt Predator inverter generator for backup power. We went 16 days off grid with this trailer before needing water and never needed outside power. Fresh water is 58 gallons with an extra 30 gallon tank installed, total water capacity of 88 gallons. The exterior includes tire covers, new tires, new landing jacks and new landing jack motor, new awning, 15k Lil-Rocker fifth wheel hitch (if needed), new under trailer insulation and tarp, new motor for pop out, and a bike rack. The interior includes new counter top, end tables, bathroom sink counter, and dining room table, new waterproof laminate flooring, new paint in entirety, under bed storage, led lights, new kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets, new outside shower, a kitchen pop out, 32" flatscreen Samsung TV, new curtains and speaker covers. We have documentation and service records for everything on this fifth wheel. Propane tanks recently certified and comes with tank monitor that bluetoothes to phone also new valve system. Also included is one roll of charmin toilet paper! We are the second owners. The first owners were an elderly couple who rarely used the trailer and took great care of it.
