We have purchased a used motorhome and are offering this gently used travel trailer for sale. It is in excellent condition. It has a queen size murphy bed which raises up out of the way and reveals a couch which can be used during the day. Large dinette slideout which can convert to sleeping area. 6 cu foot refridgerator freezer which runs on electric or propane. This trailer has not been used many times. It has never been smoked in and still has traces of that "new" smell. The queen mattress is also heated.  The awning is power and has led lighting below it. The tongue jack is power, as well as the slideout. It does not have the arctic package for holding tanks. It does have air conditoning and heating controlled by a thermostat. It is equipped with the maple cabinet upgrade which gives it a much more homelike interior. Almost all lighting is led. This is an opportunity to own a nice camper for thousand below the cost of a new one similiar to it. Suggested list price on this new was approximately $27,000.
