Pull up to camp site, disconnect, and hit a button on the hydraulic auto-leveling  system, grab a beverage and relax in comfort. 

The kids have grown, and it is time for us to down size campers. We are the original owners of this very well maintained and clean luxury toyhauler is a 41’ triple axle with a queen master, twin loft plus 2 Happy Jac Queens in garage. 1 & ½ Baths ( Don’t have to share a bath with your kids or guests). 14’ Garage and separate living space, tall enough to fit full size UTV.

This 4 season camper has 3 slides, Full dinette / game table in garage, huge kitchen and plenty of storage inside and outside. Sleeps 5 guys in their own beds, two families, or Mom & Dad + 7 kids. Fuel Station for toys, Full size fridge, fire place, pantry, walk in shower, master queen bed in front (with storage underneath), power sliding dual queen bunks in garage,  5.5Kw on board generator, two power awnings, 1 manual awning (over back patio), 4 place sofa with heated seats and massaging built in, central Vac, additional bathroom in garage, TVs: Master, Living, Garage & Outside w/ surround sound throughout and outside. Full patio off back with Screen. 

Beauty of this fifth wheel is a dry weight of 14,000 pounds, so I use my daily driver 3500 HD single rear to tow it.

Upgrades include:

• Weather-Tek Arctic Package (Attic Vent, Fully heated and enclosed underbelly & storage area, enclosed and heated low point drains, heated holding tanks). We have done several skiing trips, and everyone stays toasty.
• 2-Bank house batteries
• Installed now current size ST235/85R16 semi-trailer tires in 2017, and had axles aligned by Blaine Bros at that time. This was a big investment, but brought a big peace of mind compared to the cheap stockers
