Heartland is one of the best manufaturers of fifth wheels. The Monticello is their top of the line model. This 5th wheel has 4 slides, in the kitchen there is a large side by side refrigerator with ice maker stove & convection oven/microwave, granite countertops and ample cabinets for storage as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. The back of the RV has a seperate den that can be closed off with 2 sliding pocket doors made with custom glass.  Den has 2 recliners, a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace with tv hook up above and a computer desk center. There is a central vacuum system and unit is fully wired for a generator. The bedroom has a king bed with a large wardrobe closet, Built in dresser with granite top and is plumbed for a washer/dryer and TV hook ups. Bathroom has walk in shower, sink with granite and a seperate water closet. All the slides have awnings along with a large awning over the door. All the awnings are new along with a completed service and inspection of all water lines. The 5th wheel hitch is upgraded to provide a smaller turning radius along with a damping system.
