The camper has never been smoked in and we have never had our pets inside. We take a lot of care to make sure everything is clean and ready for your home!

We know there are cheaper campers out there but none of them are in good a shape as ours for the age and price!  We have 1000s of dollars of upgrades /addon.

No water damage. Floors are solid. Walls are solid. Brand new battery. No electrical issues. No plumbing issues. AC is ice cold. Rubber roof that we conditioned and covered every year. Tires are good. Appliances work great.

We have weatherproofing for the underside that we just havent had the time to apply but we will give this to the new owner.
