Purchased new in 2018 and immediatly used for two short trips then hooked up to utilities in my back yard and used as an extra room.

2. 6,000# Weight Distribution & Sway Control Hitch ensures a smooth, level ride and allows you to tow at the maximum capacity allowed by your vehicle/hitch. After driving 40 miles we pulled over and bought/installed the Weight Distribution and Sway Control Hitch. The change was nothing short of amazing. It honestly felt like we were not even pulling the Airstream.

3. Break Controller included. It is installed in your vehicle cab and automatically applies your trailer's brakes when the brake pedal in your vehicle is engaged. Break controllers are vehicle specific and mine may not fit your vehicle. They are only around $100 if mine does not work for your vehicle. Just send me your vehicle make, model and year and I will check for you.

4. Wireless RV Camera Backup Monitor with Sound is included. Trying to back up a 22 foot long Airstream that is wider then your vehicle is challenging & nearly impossible when alone. Just suction the monitor to the windscreen. Leave it on all the time so you can see what is behind and around the Airstream when traveling down the road.

5. Five Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper is included.

6. Canopy Ground Anchors (helical) & Straps are included. The Airstream canopy is great and should be retracted when you leave your Airstream unattended unless you have ground anchors and straps to make sure the wind does not catch it and potentially damage it.

7. Unbelievably the Airstream canopy will pond, collect rain water and could fail. The solution is to set one side lower then the other so the rain can sheet off. Unfortunately, door placement forces one to always slop the canopy in one direction. By modifiing the canopy extension bars I was able to have the option to slope the canopy in either direction.
