40 foot, Beaver Thunder 455 Monticello is in excellent condition and ready for the road. This coach is stored inside.  The interior wood are a medium light oak, not real light not dark brown. This color really helps with the lighting inside the coach. The interior is in near perfect condition. The only flaw is a "mark" the size of a pencil eraser, less than a 1/4 inch. Other than that mark the interior furnishings shows little to no wear. The carpet is without stains.  The kitchen and bath area is tiled.  Meticulously maintained and cared for.  The Hydro Hot heating system is baseboard hot water heat throughout the coach as found in many homes and provides the hot water for your personal use. The Hydro Hot system has an option to pre-heat the engine on cold mornings.  This coach has 2 ducted air conditioners. Tires are 3 years old and has 4,500 miles on them.  It has ALL wheel disk, anti lock, airbrake system, at last service the brake pads were 75% remaining. The suspension is an air ride system.
