This 31 ft Jayco SLX 265RLS camper is in EXCELLENT condition and comes with everything you need to camp in style!
We purchased this camper new after 2 years of camping in an 18 ft Jayco. We decided we needed more room and bought this camper thinking we would be camping most weekends and then possibly full time.
And then.we had our first granddaughter.
Our weekends are now focused on seeing her as much as possible.
So - we decided to sell to someone who can love and enjoy this camper as much as we have rather than let it sit unused.
We absolutely LOVE this camper and sing the praises of the Jayco brand. Well made but super affordable - this camper was our home away from home for 1 year of camping.
Because we expected to have this camper for years - we put money into upgrades to make our experience better.Here is a list of upgrades:
1)Electric jack - every serious camper knows this is a huge time and back saver
2)Awning on Slide Out - this prevents mildew buildup and will protect your RV slider from harsh weather as well as any debris.It also protects your slider from sun damage as UV rays are known to weaken materials.
3)TV in bedroom - we installed one so you can watch different programs in the bedroom from the living space TV.
4)Dining table stabilized - the dining room table took 2 people to install on every trip. We added a stabilizing bar to the table so it can travel already setup.
5)Included:Leveling blocks - 2 sets which will be enough for any situation, wheel chocks - 2 sets

We cleaned it thoroughly EVERY time it was used. We winterized at the end of October 2019, and recleaned when we decide to sell.

Thing you will love :
1)The BIG window at the back where the chairs are situated. Coffee there every morning where we could look out enjoy the peace and quiet.
2)The open space layout of the living space - just feels like a ton of space - not closed in like our smaller 18ft camper.
3)The shower! My husband is 6 ft 1 and he had a ton of space in there ! Just felt roomy - not small and cramped like some camper showers.
4)The sofa bed is actually comfortable! We used it ourselves and guests used with rave reviews. There is an "egg crate" foam topper that you can use and makes it super comfy.
5)The audio/speaker system allows you to listen to the TV through the speaker system.


Seriously - you will love everything about this camper and we wish we could hold onto it but we know we will not use it enough.
