When looking up pricing, the NADA will show the base pricing first. With all the bells and whistles this comes with its more in line of $33k. These new are in the $40's NEW and if you look throughout the country, my $33k is a pretty good going rate, especially for something as new and nice as mine. My wife and our two daughters used this for one season, it still has the new smell. It is an amazing RV with all the amenities for BLM, Campsites, and even some off road types of camping. We used it in Colorado at various RV camping sites and BLM land, which is why I upgraded the Solar system for power for non-electric sites.  
We are selling it because we closed on a townhouse up in the Mtns in Colorado and don’t want it to just sit in storage.
