Just under 25,000 miles.  Has the four seat option with two rear seats being removable.  Lots of necessities thrown in; fresh water hose, power cord and adapters, etc.  Rides like a dream and easy to handle.  Just had oil change done and replaced 2000 watt inverter/converter (2 year warranty).  Lightly used, no pets or smokers.  A brief list of options include (but not limited to): microwave, DVD player, two 22" LG TVs, satellite radio, deluxe Amish-made cabinets with smooth-glide self-close drawers, GPS. manual Roman shades, outside shower, poweer roof vent, rear cargo screen, rear back-up camera, power awning with wind sensor (retracts automatically if too windy), and solar panels to recharge battery so you can go "off the grid" longer.  According to NADA with options - average retail is $114,680!   Low retail with zero options is still over $84,000.  Awaiting clear title for Motor Vehicle Administration.
