This is a 2016 42' fifth wheel toyhauler that i bought new in 2017 as a left over. This unit hardly was used due to a family illness after purchase. This unit sleeps 10 easily with 2 bathrooms, big master bedroom and loft. the garage is 11' by 8'. easily fits 2 bikes or a side by side. There are 3 flat screen t.v.'s that come with it already mounted. The living room boasts a huge 65" sony 4k smart t.v. six person couch with 4 recliners and t.v. trays that can be insterted. The garage has 2 queen size beds that electrically lower down from the ceiling with an optional dinette or 2 sofas. back tailgate turns into a full deck complete with privacy railing and stairs. L.E.D. lights throughout the unit for less electricity consumption with a L.E.D. light strip in both side and rear awning. Nearly flawless unit that still smellls new inside due to lack of use. Why buy new when you can get this one for almost half the price. I paid $68.000.00 for it brand new in 2017 and am listing it for $35,000. too many extras to list all. Must see this unit!!!!
