Engine runs great!  Just got it detailed and tuned up at Camping World,  we have paperwork.  This RV has only 37k miles, is clean and in great shape.  The outside decals are a bit sun worn, needs new awning.  Great entry RV,  Toilet and water heater replaced in 2015, 32 inch TV, black tank replaced in 2016. No work should be needed to take off on a cross country  trip or if you need to down size for retirement. Just buy it and go!
