PRICE REDUCTION!! MUST SELL!! 2018 Solitude 377 MBS-R by Grand Design. We purchased this unit new after researching several different brands of travel trailers. This travel trailer is beautiful, has loads of storage space, is built for comfort, but most importantly, it is very well built. There are 4 slides and it also has the Solid Steps. It's been pulled only two times - from the dealership to our home & once to Canton Tx. which comes to around 1200 miles. We purchased this trailer to live in while we built a new home. We had a slab and shed ready for it when we purchased it . It has residential appliances & stackable washer/dyer. The love seat is two sections that recline and have heat and massage. There is loads of storage space in the kitchen/living area including a nice size pantry. The residential sized refrigerator is amazing! We converted the mid bunk room into a walk-in closet, but the couch that came in that room will be put back in it. If the purchaser is interested in the clothes racks we had built for the bunk room, they are more than welcome to them! There is a built in desk area in the mid-bunk room as well as 3 deep dresser drawers and small closet for hanging clothes. There is a large bunk area with mattress above the bunk room. This area has a small shelf space for books or games. We changed out the king size mattress that came in the trailer and use our own, but the original mattress will be put back in the trailer - still wrapped in the plastic that it came in. There is a footstool at the end of the bed that slides underneath. It's another great storage area! The 2 awnings have LED lighting. The trailer self levels at a touch of a botton! There are two AC units as well as gas and electric heat. The fire place puts out a lot of heat as well! We upgraded to a Reese 20K Goosebox when we purchased the trailer and that will stay with the trailer when it's sold. This is a very well built trailer and has been very well taken care of!
