Excellent condition with many upgrades! Garage stored since new!

I just finished annual maintenance (done every year), and it is ready to go:
- Seams re-caulked as needed with Geocel ProFlexRV
- Roof attachments resealed as needed with Dicor Self Leveling
- Reinforced the rear awning attachment to avoid future issues. Major upgrade!
- Washed and Waxed 

The following upgrades have been added to this unit:
- Air Conditioner (runs great on Honda 2000)
- Kitchen Faucet and Soap Dispenser (with pull out spray)
- Bathroom Faucet & Soap Dispenser
- All drawer boxes & slides replaced (40% more storage)
- (3) USB & 12v Power Points Near Bed and Dinette for Phone Charging etc.
- Victron BMV-712 Battery Monitor
- Sliding tray for easy battery access
- Dinette table reconfigured for 2" more hallway space
- Easily removable shelves added to over-cab hanging clothes cabinet
- Circulation fan for basement
- Digital Thermstat
- Outlet on Relay for control by Digital Thermostat
- Outside shower disconnect valves for cold weather camping 

Issues:
- Batteries are original, and likely will need replaced soon. Leaving for buyer so they can put in what they want.
- There are a few small areas where gel coat has been damaged from loading/unloading, see photos.
- There is cosmetic wall paper damage near spice rack, see photo.
- The removable carpet runner down the center of the camper shows some stains.
- Rear license plate plastic light housing has a crack.
