This Coachmen has been repainted and decals applied.  NEW Sofa, NEW Mattress and Bedding, New Carpeting/Pad, New Fabrics/Window Treatments, New Faucets included but not installed.  New bathroom sink, not installed.  Plenty of storage inside the coach as well as underneath.  Bath has a corner standup shower.  Washer/dryer combination behind closed doors in bath.  2 TV's.  Dinette area makes into a single bed as well as seats 4.  Sofa may be used as a bed for 1.  So total sleeping capacity is for 4.  NEW Tires, NEW Transmission, Dual Air Conditioners on roof.  Nice dishes/pots & pans included.  Double door fridge, 3 burner gas range with oven.  Microwave.  Hydraulic levelers.  Probably 90% finished with total refurbish job.  Generator was rebuilt also.  Engine is a Ford V10, gasoline engine with plenty of power.  NEW Awning, not opened since replaced.  I did scrape the right rear corner of the coach on a support post in the storage place.  It is not a water leak, it was not wrecked.  It's a SCRAPE!  Freightliner chassis 350FL.
Tow bar, rear mud flap/sweep.  All outside storage sections have locks.  There's an exterior shower connection.  If you're tired of blue interiors in most older motor homes, this one is for you!!!  This is a very tastfully done coach.
