Don't let the age of this unit keep you from considering it!  We purchased the unit from the original owners in 2017.  Prior to our purchase the unit had light use and was stored in an airplane hanger in CA. The skin and decals are in great shape.  The tires were replaced before our purchase and I have kept them covered.  We took one trip to MT in 2017 then back to Fallon, Nevada where the trailer has been parked at a friends ranch. We used it as a summer get away for 4 weeks in 2018 and 2 weeks in 2019.  My husband's health is the reason we are selling the trailer.  He has mobility issues from a fall and cannot get in and out of the trailer.  The trailer has the following features:

This trailer tows like a dream, easy to park, easy to get in and out of fuel stations.  With my husbands health issues, I have always been the driver.  It is so easy to hook up and unhook.  Everything is included to make your use of this RV a total pleasure.  Smoke free RV.
