Yes the engine runs on unleaded gas.

Yes there is a second bed.  It's the dinette area.  No I never tried to assemble the second bed because I dropped out of engineering school.  But yes all the parts are there. 
Yes it has a trailer hitch.  No I have no idea if it can haul your Range Rover.  
Yes it has a back up camera. (but no lane change assist)

No I do not think the bed is a full queen, but not sure.  If you plan on sharing it plan to reeallly like that person.  Same with the shower (yep, someone asked that). Yes everything TO MY KNOWLEDGE is in working order except for one USB port - the one on the stereo.  The whole stereo would have to be replaced for this one USB port to work. But hey you are saving 20 grand so you can afford a new one!!  There are other USB ports around the rig.
