LIKE NEW! Lightly used for only one summer and stayed in Colorado. Residential refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, 2 TVs, 2 fireplaces, washer/dryer hookup.  Presently in covered storage.  We put in a plush queen size mattress for more room around the bed but it came standard with a king size mattress so you can put a king back in. We took out the table and chairs to add a larger desk but we can put table and chairs back in or buyer can choose a new table and chair set.
