NOTEWORTHY:
The RV has been covered most of the time with particular emphasis on protecting tires from UV rays.  Professional service has been applied after each trip.  Oil (full synthetic), filters and lube at least every 5000 miles.  Entire exterior waxed each spring & fall.  Both batteries replaced Nov., 2019 and new water pump Dec., 2019.  Thorough winterization. (No Leaks!)  All holding tanks drained and santized after each trip.  Surge protector for electricity hook-ups included.  (This is a $300 item.)  Optional bicycle carrier.  All systems are in good working order.
