We are selling our family camper, located on a seasonal site #71 at the beautiful Silver Springs Campground in Rio WI.  Large campsite with plenty of shade.  Camper is a 35.5' fiberglass body with two slides.  Comfortably sleeps 10, and there is plenty of room to hang out if the weather isn't cooperating.  Approximately 40 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, and other hiking trails and attractions.

Camper has bunkhouse in back, private queen room in front, solid doors (not sliders), 50 amp service, sewer hookup, solid surface countertops, outdoor kitchen, porcelain toilet, A/C, ducted heat, power awning over large deck, grill, shed, two winter covers (one still in box), patio set, outdoor kitchen, and many of the contents included. We are selling to upgrade our home, so we just don't have the time we used to.  Camper was purchased from friends who bought it new and had it placed on this site after purchase.  No issues with camper at all.  

Campground has a private lake for with multiple "floats" to play on and has excellent fishing.  There is also entertainment (bands or DJs every weekend) and crafts for families on Sunday mornings.  Seasonal price ($2850/yr) includes water and use of everything in the campground.  This is a great family Campground, and we would definitely stay if we weren't moving.
