In very good condition.  We only used it for traveling as a family.  It has never been camped in.  So the shower has never been used.  The TV has never been used.
Everything works and runs great on it.  We added another seat belt in the back.  It rides very nice and is perfect for traveling with the family.  We are selling it cause our family out grew it.  Pretty much brand new.  Hardly used.
