Excellent condition, very well maintained and cared for with low mileage.  Great for small family weekend getaways at your local state park or fire up the generator and head out to the boondocks.  Grand-daughter calls it the drive-hotel, we really don't want to let it go, but when we bought it we only had one grandchild, now we have three and we need something bigger :).  Sleeps 5 comfortably; 2 in the back bedroom, 2 on the convertible dinette and 1 in the power bunk over the driver cab (there is room for a cot with the slide out for a bonus bunk).  Driver and shotgun seats turn for more seating when camping.  RV has 3 built in TV's, one exterior and 2 interior, with antennae and signal booster and DVD Player.  42 gallon water tank, 37 gal Grey, and 30 gal black, built in generator (runs everything), 9.6 gal propane.  Refrigerator (LP or Electric), gas stove, microwave.  Plenty of storage cabinets and 1 closet.  Built in USB for charging.  Gas or electric heat, A/C works great.
