This is a great Forest Rvier Sierra 5th Wheel Travel Trailer for any size family.  We have owned this camper for 2 1/2 years and love to go camiping in it.  On those rainy or snowy nights, our friends and their families all come over to hangout so the kids can play in the bunkhouse and we play cards and visit in the living room.  Yes, we have camped in the snow and had no problems with staying warm.  We had an additional AC unit installed in the master bedroom for the hot summer nights in Arizona.  All new tires with upgraded size and load capacities in May 2019, only has 900 miles on tires.  Axles are greased every 6 months.  We are ony selling as we have changed our career paths and don't have the time to go camping as much as we would like.  This unit is move in ready as we are including all items needed to get you out using this great camper.  We are willing to deliver within 250 miles of Hobbs, NM.  Please call if you are interested (623)-824-9643
